Arman Rai Sood is an 11th-grade student at Vasant Valley School, New Delhi where he studies subjects including Mathematics, Economics, and Physics. Arman’s interest in creating impactful and sustainable change gained momentum after he attended USC’s pre-college course on tools to create dynamic and long-lasting businesses. This experience not only deepened his understanding of responsible business practices but also ignited his motivation to undertake his own endeavor through The Indian Community Kitchen (TICK). Outside of academics, Arman is a passionate tabla player, active member of his school’s football team and long-jumper; all depicting his dedication to discipline and creativity. This very balanced approach to academics, arts and athletics is what shaped his desire for social change and with TICK, he hopes to keep empowering individuals towards utilizing their own potentials while having their basic food needs met; one step.. or.. one tick at a time.
